Winter Feeds (WF) are specially formulated for semi-intensive to intensive culture (5-40 PL's/m2) of Penaeus monodon or other species and when the pond water temperatures are below 25 °, at least during part of the day (morning) and salinities are relatively high (above 30 ppt). The feeds are higher in nutrients which allow the shrimp to increase their resistance against stress such as ascorbic acid (stabilized), astaxanthin, HUFA and phospholipids.
