• Ecuador : VDS has managed a shrimp farm of 100 ha in cooperation with a feedmill for the development and production of shrimpfeed.
• Seychelles : Production of shrimp feeds for the local shrimp farm since 1989. Feasibility study, set up and management of a new shrimpfeed factory (in production since 1995, capacity 2T/h) integrated with a Penaeus monodon operation SMB Prawn Industry (Coetivy). The results are within the best in the world (Shrimp farming at Coetivy ). VDS is also currently developing a Penaeus monodon domestication program which also include the develoment of artificial broodstock growing feeds.
• Madagascar : Feasibility study of a shrimpfeed production unit with a capacity of 40,000 MT/year. In this project, the production of raw materials such as fishmeal, other marine meals, soya and wheat are included.
  VDS supplies Malagasy shrimp farms since 1998 with shrimp feeds produced in Seychelles.

• India : Together with a local partner, Lokesh Aqua Products Pvt. Ltd., VDS was producing shrimpfeeds, and Scampi feeds (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) for the local and export market. Other aquaculture feeds can also be produced on request.
