Crustocean - Growout feeds
Crustocean is a Total Quality Concept for the complete production process from the production of raw materials till the feed application on the farm.
Crustocean Feeds for different crustacean species can be supplied all over the world and are produced by our partners, in technical cooperation with VDS.
Crustocean Feeds are not standard feeds but the concept to supply tailor made shrimp feeds adapted to the specifications of each shrimp farm.
As an example, you can find specifications for some lines of feeds for different species and culture conditions which are actually in production.

• Semi-intensive shrimp feeds : for stocking densities between 5 and 20 PL's/m², and when all culture parameters (water temperature, salinity) are optimal.
• FastGrowth feeds : for stocking rates between 20 and 80 PL's/m²
• Super-intensive shrimp feeds : for stocking rates higher than 50 PL's/m²
• Winter feeds : for cold season (pond water temperature below 25 °C, and temperature differences between day and night)
• Summer feeds : for rainy season (optimal temperatures, pond water salinity below 7 ppt)
• HighSalinity feeds :for hyper saline conditions (salinity above 35 ppt)
• Japonicus feeds : for the culture of Metapenaeus japonicus
• Vannamei feeds : for the culture of Litopenaeus vannamei
• Crayfish feeds : for the culture of fresh water Crayfish
• Scampi feeds : for the culture of Macrobrachium rosenbergii
